Warner Jenkins was diagnosed with arthritis in his early twenties, which led him to explore cold exposure and breathwork as part of his recovery. That personal health journey became the foundation for a much larger vision. After graduating from IE Business School, Warner chose not to return to the corporate world and instead founded Nordic Wellness — the company behind Nordic Wave cold plunges and Nordic Flow breathwork. In just two years, he scaled the business to 8 figures by combining strategic brand building with premium product execution and digital innovation. By creating a multi-channel wellness ecosystem, Warner has driven consistent DTC growth, built strong B2B partnerships, and helped shape how modern wellness brands connect product, content, and community.
