Change and disruption - these are two things that I have grown to be very familiar with throughout my career. Starting my first business in high school, I have been involved in a number of successful ventures in the digital eCommerce space for the past 20 years. At the core, I am a digital marketer and serial entrepreneur with a passion for consumer psychology, branding, design and a knack for pattern recognition and trend-spotting. In 2011, I founded Rove Concepts from my small apartment, a high-growth online-based furniture company that aimed to deliver quality, handcrafted mid-century furniture to the masses. I scaled Rove to over $100M+ in sales in 5 years completely bootstrapped until I exited in 2018. In the spring of 2018 I founded Monos a premium luggage life style brand that is has sold over $500M+ in sales in less than 5 years.
