If you are building a merchant business, you need to speak to Varun. I would honestly recommend stopping everything you're doing and making this a #1 priority. I mean, obviously, the track record speaks for itself, but 1 conversation with Varun and his specific advice changed the trajectory of our business completely. We went from "How do I get more customers" to ohh man, we are speaking with GIANTS in the industry now just by following his advice. I also think what makes him really good at mentoring other founders is his ability to listen and understand your business and be brutally honest with you. Telling you exactly what you need to hear to grow. So if you are thinking about it or on the fence, you are doing yourself a disservice not booking a chat with him; you are literally losing money.
