I've spent my career building, scaling, and fixing ecommerce and consumer businesses—from marketing and growth to executive leadership and operations. I've served as a CMO, President, and COO, led organizations of more than 170 people, managed more than $70M in media spend, and helped build and operate $100M+ ecommerce businesses. I've grown Amazon from $2M to $6M in a year, helped turn an unprofitable DTC business into a highly profitable one while doubling revenue, and led organizations through the transition from founder-led growth to professional management. But the work I'm most interested in today is helping founders make that same transition personally. You've built a successful business. Now you need to build the company that can run without you. Turned around a DTC Shoe Company

KURU Footwear

Joined KURU in late 2019 to lead a turnaround. Doubled revenue and improved EBITDA from -$1M to +$5.2M in three years. I rebuilt the leadership team, rationalized the product line, expanded into high-performing categories, and rebuilt the growth engine from the ground up, pushing into new channels, and doubling revenue from the retention program (as a % of total revenue). Also installed a culture of accountability + serious fun, improving employee retention while building with EOS.

$130M+ Performance Marketing Organization

Clearlink

Led a 170+ person performance marketing organization responsible for more than $130M in revenue and $70M in media spend. Restructured reporting lines and improved cross functional communication and productivity while maintaining the special culture that pre-dated my arrival.
