As a partner at Giannuzzi Lewendon, LLP, I have over 12 years of experience in providing legal services to emerging and established companies in the natural products industry. I specialize in mergers and acquisitions, marketing law, and corporate law, and I have successfully negotiated and closed multiple deals for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. I am also passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of low-income communities and the growth and innovation of the local CPG community. That is why I serve as a board member at Wellfare, a nonprofit that raises the standard of health and wellbeing for low-income communities, and at Naturally New York, a nonprofit that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and service providers in the natural products industry.
