I came into the meeting wanting to learn more about starting a supplement company and left with knowledge that would've taken me years to acquire through trial and error, if ever at all. Ronak set the stage by having me gather KPIs before our mentoring call even started. Once we jumped on the call he dove straight in and went over our numbers and pointed out immediate areas we can improve. He explained how slightly improving multiple KPIs (Conversion Rates and AOV) can allow a company to scale quicker and at a profit. He was generous enough to share several tactics (as well as concrete examples) that their team worked on to improve conversion rates and AOV. It was an hour full of nuggets that I'll be implementing soon. Hands down one of the nicest and helpful people out there. I wouldn't hesitate to book time with Ronak. It's well worth it!

Ronak was awesome - he started off our call with some really insightful questions to get a better understanding of Sani. Once we got into the crux of my questions around paid marketing, he had such actionable advice. His tips alone helped me have a direction of where to go, but then he also made two intros (within the span of 48 hours) that will compound what we can do with his tips. It's so helpful to get advice from a founder that now has a huge business, but hasn't forgotten what it's like to be in the weeds building it up. Overall I'd highly recommend meeting with him.

7. Remove dependencies "I took a look at my day and made a list of everything that I was dependent on. I was dependent on some form of caffeine to kick start my day because I often didn't get the best sleep. I forced myself to disconnect and become responsible enough to get a good night's rest. I was dependent on several alarms every morning to wake me up, I forced myself to find the passion that drives me enough to wake up every morning on my own, which stemmed from knowing my responsibilities. I was dependent on my huge list of to-dos to let me know what I needed to complete; instead, I forced myself to be responsible enough to segment out my to-do list with due dates for myself, so I was held accountable.
