We came into this call ready to shoot Roman with all these tactical questions, but he quickly turned it around to a higher-level view that we had slowly lost sight of. He helped us not with the tactics, but with the mindset to clearly define & achieve our goals before pushing us to develop the strategy and tactics around it. This one call, along with the homework he gave us, has brought a level clarity to what we need to do to achieve our goals that we haven't had in a while.
