Runs global growth for IM8, the David Beckham-backed supplement brand that scaled to $250M ARR.
Robert Hester runs global growth for IM8, the daily supplement brand co-founded by David Beckham. In July 2026 IM8 hit $251 million in annualized revenue, while ad spend doubled and CAC fell. He has spent a decade growing premium consumer brands, where the brand and the unit economics both have to hold. As VP of Growth at Prenetics (NASDAQ: PRE), IM8's parent company, he holds full commercial responsibility across DTC, Amazon, and social commerce and works directly with CEO Danny Yeung. The remit runs from CAC, retention, and CRO to creative with the brand's athlete ambassadors. Before IM8 he led ecommerce at Seedlip (Diageo), Lucky Saint, and DIRTEA, each the premium player in its category, after starting at AB InBev as a Global Management Trainee. He has managed $100 million in ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon and driven over $100 million in Shopify sales. He has also grown his own content to 100 million views across Instagram and TikTok. His rule for premium brands: performance tactics that cheapen the brand cost more than they return. Book a call with Robert to: 1. Grow a premium brand 2. Lower CAC while scaling spend 3. Brief celebrity and athlete content that sells 4. Fix LTV:CAC, payback, and contribution margin 5.
