I am a strategist and leadership mentor, and I empower businesses to become industry leaders through impact strategies that enhance social and financial performance. As a certified Semco Style Expert, I guide organizations to adjust their workplace, culture and structure to be efficient, and attract and retain the right people. ----------------------------------------- My passion is to help create businesses to be both profitable and have positive impact. I have a Master’s in Business Economics and a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility. For the latter, I travelled around the world to work with leading impact-driven businesses.
