In addition to personally closing 31% of new Enterprise revenue in 2022 and 2023, I have help create processes and systems that have helped the sales team scale. Selling to ecommerce brands is a unique craft. You are engaging some of the coolest, most innovative, and scrappiest entrepreneurs and brands on the planet. At the same time, it's not easy. Getting a brand to adopt your SaaS solution requires selling to a merchant whose teams are hyper lean, and already wearing many hats. Plus, with all eyes on profitability and revenue efficiency, selling into these brands is more challenging than its been in years past. Now more than ever, the sales process in the ecommerce ecosystem needs to be centered around true consultative value that compliments a scalable outbound motion. I love building relationships with ambitious founders, creators, and marketers in learning about the challenges they face. And then getting creative on how to solve them as they scale their startup in the Shopify ecosystem.
