Scaling DTC e-commerce from 8 to 9 figures with a web platform, analytics, and offer testing built to hold at scale.
Mike is the technical operator DTC brands bring in when the store has to grow up. He builds the web platform, wires the analytics under it, and runs the testing that shows what actually moves revenue. On web product and CMS, he turns business briefs into wireframes, reusable components, and clear build plans, and helps teams decide where generative builders fit versus a developer-led foundation. On analytics, he audits GA4, event tracking, pixels, and third-party attribution so the reporting can be trusted. On conversion, he designs clean price and offer tests with the right success metric for a catalog or a subscription, and reads the results without fooling himself. For subscription brands he works LTV, cohorts, churn, and Looker reporting, then ties the whole chain together so site changes, promos, and merchandising don't quietly break inventory, fulfillment, or margin. He has done this inside founder-led brands including Grüns, Ridge, and Groove Life: at Ridge, standardizing one-off page builds into 40 reusable components a lean team shipped across six markets; at Groove Life, testing which product photography actually drove conversion. Book a call with Mike to: 1. Rebuild a web stack that can't scale 2. Raise conversion with disciplined testing 3. Fix broken tracking and attribution 4. Model subscription LTV and churn 5. Tie site changes to fulfillment and margin
