Prior, at Vital Farms, she built the innovation function and led the national launches of Egg Bites, Breakfast Bars, and Spreadable Butter. Meghan also led Hillshire Snacking from zero to over $100M in its first year and transformed Tyson’s brand through strategic campaign and packaging modernization—reviving a legacy brand. An MBA graduate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, her cross-functional expertise spans innovation pipeline development, go‑to‑market strategy, consumer insights, and agency leadership.
