Matt is the Founder and CEO of RIND Snacks, a better-for-you brand that makes sustainable fruit snacks with bold taste and zero waste. With over 10 years of experience in the natural food industry, Matt leads RIND's sales and strategy and oversees its creative partnerships and social impact initiatives. Before launching RIND, Matt had a successful career in investment research at Baron Capital, where he spent nearly two decades covering consumer companies as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Matt is also a passionate advocate for community and environmental causes. He is the Founder and former President of Friends of Chelsea Green, a non-profit organization that helped create a thriving new park in lower Manhattan after a 10-year grassroots campaign.
