About
Most recently, I was the Chief Brand Officer of WW International (formerly Weight Watchers). In this role, I was responsible for activating the evolution of the pivoting from Weight Watchers to WW. I oversaw the global strategy for marketing, content, creative, eCommerce, and consumer products. Prior to WW, I served as Vice President of Media North America and Global Digital Innovation for Unilever where I led media strategy and implementation for all Unilever categories and brands, and served as a member of the Unilever Global Media Leadership Team. Prior to joining Unilever, I was Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at Viacom, where I developed multi-platform media and marketing programs for the MTV and VH1 brands. Earlier in my career, I spent more than 10 years at Unilever including driving long-term innovation and communication strategy for the Lipton brand and building a growth-centric organizational culture across the Unilever marketing function globally. I am Co-Founder of the #SeeHer initiative of the Association of National Advertisers and Co-Chair of AdWeek’s DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Council. I am also a Director and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee Chair on the Board of Fossil Group, Inc and an Independent Board Director for Open Farm Pet and Packable.
