I started my career in marketing at MySpace in 2004, before joining AOL then TURN leading digital strategy for brands including Toyota, Adidas, Unilever, Disney, Kraft, RedBull and more. In 2019 I founded mint, now flight performance a full service growth agency. I am now CEO of Flight Performance leading a team of 50+ to accelerate growth for brands through strategy, creative, paid media and email/sms. Brands we've worked with include Represent, Huel, Kappa, Honest Company, OhPolly & many more. I host Bitesized, a podcast and newsletter featuring top entrepreneurs, brand builders & marketers giving actionable insights you can apply today.
