I believe companies should grow with a well-rounded strategy around diverse sources of acquisition and a focus on retention and LTV. I have an extensive background in digital marketing (social, SEM, display, affiliate), offline marketing (TV, radio, direct mail), website CRO, and customer retention strategies. My heart is in marrying the qualitative with the quantitative — let's look at the data, and then find out what's motivating that data.
