Kirsten Sutaria’s Biography

After spending over 15 years developing and launching products for iconic brands such as Innocent Drinks, Ben & Jerry's, and Unilever across North America and Europe and spending 4 years running my own brand, Doozy Pots, I've brought dozens of products to life, from concept through commercialization. Combining a unique perspective grounded in food science and marketing, with strong CPG experience, I work to help brands of all sizes develop innovative concepts and bring them to life. From ingredient sourcing to product formulation and manufacturing support I have a deep understanding of the requirements to bring great quality products to market.

I started KS2 Consulting to work with brands of all sizes, from pre-launch ideas to large multinational, developing and scaling new products, identifying trends in the marketplace and working with teams on innovation strategy and assisting with technical development.

Founded and bootstrapped Doozy Pots, a plant-based ice cream company, from idea phase to 400+ stores in 3 years.

Flavor Guru & Product Development Manager

For over 8 years I worked at Ben & Jerry's in R&D developing new products from concept through commercialization including Vegan ice cream, Greek Frozen Yogurt and classic ice cream across North America and Europe. I also built a strong foundation in sustainable sourcing, working cross functionally with supply chain & ops to covert a portfolio of 100+ ingredients and 200+ SKUs to use Fair Trade and Non-GMO ingredients.
