I'm an entrepreneur and digital nomad with over a decade of experience working with SaaS businesses. I've spent the last 8 years helping companies implement BI infrastructure and custom reporting. I've helped dozens of SaaS and eCommerce companies "turn on the lights" so they could make better decisions with the help of their data. A few years ago I pivoted from the SaaS space into the DTC eCommerce market. I needed a change and saw a clear opportunity to establish a foothold in the fast growing eCom space. At the start of 2026 I decided I needed a change and pivoted away from running an agency. Today my focus is on growing my SaaS, Project Echo, writing useful content for my substack, SaaS Decoded, and maintaining my portfolio of 10 acquired micro-SaaS. In my last day job as the Director of Business Performance at Yotpo, I was responsible for building the company's Business Performance Team. Before I left, I managed a team of 5 business analysts that provided BI services to over 60 stakeholders in the organization across marketing, sales, product, CS and Finance.
