Julie built Made by Nacho from its first employee into one of the country's fastest-growing cat food brands. Recruited by Chef Bobby Flay and Elly Truesdell, she set the strategy, product and team, then landed national distribution across 1,350 PetSmart stores, Petco, Chewy, Amazon and DTC in under two years. Before that she spent 13 years at Petco, running its two largest divisions, including a $1.2B dog food business, and building the company's first wholesale and international division from scratch. Today she advises early-stage CPG and pet brands on product, commercialization, go-to-market and channel strategy, and teaches the channel strategy masterclass at the SKU accelerator.
