Julia is a growth & marketing leader in the e-commerce & DTC space. She most recently served as the Head of Growth @ Harry's, leading customer acquisition for Harry's & Flamingo DTC businesses. Prior to her role there, she led Growth for HelloFresh, where she helped build the Canadian business from soft-launch in 2016 through to being the market leader in meal delivery. She's led teams from early-stage start-ups through to multi-million dollar businesses through growth stages. Her approach to building scalable growth engines leans on her ability to leverage data and analytics and a deep understanding of the customer, driving profitable growth.
