Isaiah is a growth-focused consumer packaged goods (CPG) executive with over a decade of experience scaling emerging brands into nationally distributed, operationally resilient businesses. He currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain at TRIP, where he leads end-to-end supply chain strategy to support rapid growth in the U.S. Previously, Isaiah held VP-level operations roles at Saint James Iced Tea and Via Carota Craft Cocktails, where he built end-to-end supply chain infrastructures that enabled national retail launches, international expansion, and meaningful cost reduction through supplier optimization and process design. Across his career, he has led supply chain and commercial operations at brands including Poppi, ROAR Organic, and Nike, spanning operations, procurement, sales operations, and eCommerce. Isaiah works closely with early and growth-stage CPG brands to design scalable operating models, strengthen unit economics, and build the teams and systems needed for sustainable growth.
