About
Frank Brown is a retired company president and commercial operator with 43 years of leadership experience, including running Wahl Canada and building high-performing sales and go-to-market teams. In addition to Wahl, he has worked for other global brands such as Cadbury and Kellogg. He has a global perspective from leading across North America and working in 23 countries across Asia, giving him a grounded, real-world view of what actually scales in different markets and cultures. While his background is in consumer (CPG) and retail-driven environments, Frank mentors across industries. He focuses on the universal mechanics of revenue growth: clear positioning, repeatable sales processes, strong pipeline management, account execution, and leadership systems that hold teams accountable without burning them out. He is also the author of How the Hell Did I Become the Boss?, a candid leadership book shaped by decades in the field and in the corner office.
