Erin Falter’s Biography

I'm a dynamic systems thinker that thrives in startup mode. With over a decade in digital marketing across various industries, I'm an early adopter, constantly experimenting with new channels, software, and increasingly building with AI, with an open mind and a positivity bias. I started my career in advertising at Razorfish and VaynerMedia, working across brands like Mercedes-Benz, General Electric, and WeWork before going deep into the DTC world. I joined Nik Sharma's team as his first hire, working across the Sharma Brands portfolio (Poo Pourri, Judy, Caraway, Cuyana, June Shine and more). One of my longest partnerships has been with Dose, starting scrappy on the growth side, creating their first paid landing page, then transitioning to retention and building the full lifecycle infrastructure. I've spent the last 3.5 years leading retention at New Era Cap, a 100-year-old brand with a large, complex customer base that allows me to segment at scale and push into AI-powered personalization in ways few brands have the data to attempt. Pulling insights from diverse industries and company life stages is my strength. - I've worked with brands at every stage: pre-launch and fundraising, high-growth startups chasing aggressive YoY goals, brands scaling toward acquisition, and mature companies growing their digital footprint.
