Emilia D'Anzica is the founder of Growth Molecules, a boutique management consulting firm focused on helping B2B SaaS businesses grow. After leading and building award-winning customer success and support teams globally over the past 15 years, Emilia is now a full-time executive coach and customer success consultant working with and designing world-class customer-facing teams and programs. She works with VCs, PEs, start-ups, and public companies hosting assessments and workshops, and building onboarding and renewal playbooks. In 2020, she was named a Top 25 Customer Success Influencer, By SuccessHacker, and a top 100 Global CX Thought Leader by Survey Sensum. In 2021 she was named a top CX influencer by SmartKarrot.
