In this role, I have supported strategy and execution that contributed to a marked increase in public market valuation following our strategic refresh toward high-growth consumer segments.  Key corporate initiatives include leading the acquisition and strategic transformation of Europa to enable omnichannel fulfillment excellence and then guiding its divestiture to focus capital and management on the highest growth vectors; scaling IM8’s launch and commercial expansion; and working with cross-functional teams and investor relations to articulate Prenetics’ compelling growth story and commercial milestones to the investment community. At IM8 Health, alignment with world-class partners, customer acquisition strategies, and disciplined execution has driven rapid adoption, strong subscription economics, and meaningful recurring revenue progress, positioning the brand for continued global momentum.
