Daryl Terry

Daryl writes paid social creative for consumer health, the hardest category in DTC to write for. He led creative strategy for IM8, the supplement brand co-founded with David Beckham, through its ramp to $120M ARR in under 12 months at an 80%+ first-purchase subscription rate. Before IM8 he ran creative for CircleDNA, driving 300%+ YoY profit growth, +40% ROAS, +250% CTR, and 4,500+ static and video assets shipped in a single year. Today he runs paid social creative across Meta and Google at Superpower, the $300M+ preventive health company backed by Giannis Antetokounmpo and Forerunner Ventures. He has concepted creative deployed across $15M+ in paid spend since January 2026, a period in which Superpower added 70,000+ new members, and he runs a multi-stream pipeline spanning internal creators, external agencies, influencer whitelisting and clinical authority content. His edge is the system behind the work: his team runs on an AI creative ops setup built in Claude Code, with agents for brief generation, FDA/FTC compliance review, asset naming, delivery, and performance analysis. Book a call with Daryl to: 1. Build paid social creative that converts in health. 2. Tear down your creatives and identify growth levers. 3. Build a creative pipeline that ships at volume. 4.
