Ariel Stoddard is a brand builder and growth leader with a proven track record of scaling consumer businesses through strategy, innovation, and customer obsession. Originally from New Jersey, she earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She began her career at Bain & Company, sharpening her analytical and strategic skillset by advising Fortune 500 companies on growth and transformation. Ariel spent more than six years at Fabletics, where she became a driving force behind some of the brand’s most successful expansions. She launched Fabletics Men in partnership with Kevin Hart, scaling it to $120M+ in revenue within its first two years, and went on to introduce Fabletics Scrubs, unlocking a new vertical for the brand. As General Manager, she oversaw the full portfolio across men’s, women’s, and scrubs, building cross-functional teams, shaping product roadmaps, and driving category growth. Her time at Fabletics also gave her deep expertise in the subscription membership model—designing experiences that built loyalty and sustained long-term growth. In 2023, Ariel joined MeUndies as Chief Revenue Officer and now serves as President. In this role, she leads marketing, creative, engineering and digital product, and customer experience—bringing together brand storytelling, product innovation, and digital excellence to drive growth and deepen customer loyalty. Ariel has developed extensive expertise in subscription-driven businesses, leveraging membership models to unlock customer lifetime value and scale recurring revenue. Known for her ability to scale new businesses, lead high-performing teams, and deliver results, Ariel is passionate about building brands that resonate deeply with consumers and stand the test of time.
I'm a strategic thinker, brand evangelist and data junkie all in one. I oversee the P&L for a $400M+ rev DTC ecommerce brand, and my passion is creating seamless customer experiences that live at the intersection of brand and performance marketing.
After business school, I joined Bain and learned how to become an expert in just about anything in under 5 days. I helped clients from a wide variety of industries (semiconductor, gaming, utilities, biotech) build strategies and optimize processes to create value.
I chose SOM for the small, tight knit community that was committed to building the next generation of socially responsible leaders.

Ariel was awesome! I'm reviewing this about 5 months after our session and I still remember al the value she provided. I was not expecting that much. She knows what she talks about in regard to marketing, scaling, market research, and customer understanding. Thanks, Ariel. Absolutely recomended

Ariel is a genius. It's the second time we speak, after a year, and now I regret not speaking with her more often. Her knowledge is not limited to her areas of expertise but she advised me with a holistic approach on everything (marketing, operations, CX, hiring, etc)

Ariel is a great mentor, she gave me a ton of good advise on leadership and things that are required to take a company from our size to 300m/yr
