Anthony Scott Logan is a British entrepreneur, brand builder, and investor based in Dubai. He is the founder and CEO of NOIR, a global brand studio with offices in Dubai and London, working with founders across Web3, AI, and emerging technology. Since founding NOIR in 2016, Anthony has worked directly with founders to shape brand, narrative, product, and go to market strategy. Through creative storytelling and brand led execution, he has helped founders raise over $200M across Web3, AI, and emerging tech, and has personally invested over $1.7M into early stage founders. His work includes collaborations with global brands such as Nike, Animoca Brands, MoonPay, Skyscanner, myenergi, and New York Fashion Week.
