A VA native, Alex is the co-founder and former CEO of BASH Boxing – a boxing-inspired group fitness brand she helped launch in 2017. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she played a pivotal role in developing BASH’s signature experience and operational framework, overseeing its growth to multiple locations and more than $1.2 million in sales. Now stepping beyond her role as CEO, Alex continues to draw on her deep expertise in brand-building, operational excellence, and community-driven leadership.
