I help technical founders, PMs, TPMs, and engineers work through messy problems at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering. I've spent my career building and leading technically complex products used by 500M+ people, from launching Azure APIs for speech and media AI, to delivering live video for events like March Madness and NBA League Pass, to working on video infrastructure across Facebook, Instagram, and Reels. Today I'm Senior Director of Applied AI at pWin.ai, where I lead product strategy for an enterprise AI platform. I still build hands-on. At pWin I shipped a Teams agent that does account research across Salesforce, email, and call analytics, with approval-gated writes. Before that: a pure-email legal drafting agent for law firms. No app, just the inbox, because the best AI interface is the one people already live in, backed by a 200-case adversarial eval suite. Separately, a client-side speech model running at sub-100ms.
