Abby Redick is a seasoned sales & commercial strategist with over a decade of experience building and scaling consumer brands in the beverage and wellness sectors. Prior to starting her own consulting group, she helped OLIPOP scale from $5M to $500M over the course of 5 years while managing the various key functions with the sales & commercial organizations as they created and led the functional soda category. Previously, Abby served as Director of Sales at RISE Brewing Co. and held multiple sales and account leadership roles at Health-Ade Kombucha, where she helped pioneer the kombucha category in mainstream retail. Her unique blend of creative innovation and operational rigor is underpinned by a Master’s in Creativity and Innovation from Drexel University.
