As VP of Brand Marketing at OLIPOP—an innovative, health-forward soda alternative—she directs brand strategy that marries purpose with commercial growth. Prior, at Vital Farms, she built the innovation function and led the national launches of Egg Bites, Breakfast Bars, and Spreadable Butter. Meghan also led Hillshire Snacking from zero to over $100M in its first year and transformed Tyson’s brand through strategic campaign and packaging modernization—reviving a legacy brand. An MBA graduate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, her cross-functional expertise spans innovation pipeline development, go‑to‑market strategy, consumer insights, and agency leadership.
