Currently, he serves as Managing Partner at Recharge Capital, where he leads investments and strategic growth initiatives for innovative startups. As the founder of Chaos Ventures, Justin focuses on identifying and nurturing disruptive technologies and early-stage ventures. His prior roles include senior leadership positions at Rokt, Argo Group, and Tusk Ventures, where he drove significant business development and venture investment successes. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing a strong financial acumen to his investment and advisory roles.
