I've spent the last 8 years helping companies implement BI infrastructure and custom reporting. I've helped dozens of SaaS and eCommerce companies "turn on the lights" so they could make better decisions with the help of their data. A few years ago I pivoted from the SaaS space into the DTC eCommerce market. I needed a change and saw a clear opportunity to establish a foothold in the fast growing eCom space. Today my agency projectBI works with 8 and 9 figure Shopify businesses that need our help to build out their business intelligence capabilities. In my last day job as the Director of Business Performance at Yotpo, I was responsible for building the company's Business Performance Team. Before I left, I managed a team of 5 business analysts that provided BI services to over 60 stakeholders in the organization across marketing, sales, product, CS and Finance.
