When I was 21, I became the “reverse mentor” for senior executives sharing my: 📱 insights and tricks on tech tools 🧪 perspective on new trends and what’s current 👩🏼‍💻 values and habits as a “millennial” Surrounding myself with C-level execs has also encouraged me to develop strong professional skills, strategic thinking and more in return. Based on this experience, I started my venture REVOLYX specialized in reverse mentoring to help corporations bridge the generation gap to: 🔥 boost talent retention and acquisition 🔮 foster engagement and innovation to address the future of work challenges 🤗 support diversity and inclusion in the workplace For the past years, I have been involved in a variety of projects in Paris, New York, Barcelona and Latvia.
