We were having issues for weeks trying to communicate with and get results from the support team at the software company that sold us the product. After browsing the mentors we found Gina and booked an hour session. Gina was incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to get the most out of our CRM software. She gave specific instructions on mapping out our customer journey and triggers for internal processes. Gina laid everything out in very easy to understand terminology. We have been having major issues with email deliverability. Gina was able to help us identify the root cause (we were sending from an alias) and some other general tips for increasing deliverability. She also helped us select a better email tool (Klaviyo), that we're going to be testing. Overall it was a really good session, and I had a lot of clarity coming out of it.

  • Mentees should not pay to pitch investors.
  • Both parties must respect confidentiality.
  • Be present, on-time, and focused.
  • Check your ego in the waiting room.

Policies

  • Refund unused credits w/in 15 days of purchase.
  • Automatic refund if mentor doesn't respond.
  • Cancel for free six hours before call.
  • 5-minute grace period on session overflow.
  • Mentor cancel/no-show refunded.
