I sit firmly between brand and business growth and revenue strategy. I learned from the best in my early career at Chanel that the customer is at the center of our world and why we do what we do and have taken that with me throughout my career and informs everything I do and the decisions I make. I love helping brands grow as a P&L owner and I love building high functioning teams and developing people. I have proven success in scaling DTC businesses while protecting and elevating brand equity - I think this is my most unique or dynamic part of my executive profile. Some of my most proud moments over the last few years was 4x’ing the Staud DTC business in 3 years, I built an amazing growth org from 3 to 24 people across 5 verticals during my time at Savage (overseeing growth strategy, media, acquisition, retention, creative) and launched an NFL collection during Rih’s superbowl, and I helped lead and oversee the brand refresh at Moda back in 2018. My expertise spans across all parts of marketing and strategy - brand and partnership marketing, marketing technology, consumer acquisition, retention, digital marketing and organizational development. I have actively touched each of these parts of the business which has allowed me to be a flexible and understanding leader from the bottom up and also to be able to implement solutions for businesses by meeting them where they are in their current stage.
