In order to bring my startups to life, I had to go through a 9-year journey to become the technical founder and CTO I needed in my teams. However, my real passion has always been the non-technical way, and having to spend my days coding took a real toll on me.
When I was finally able to come back to the business side, I had a secret weapon: in my struggles to leave the technical life behind, I gained a deep understanding of what it takes for a non-technical founder to create successful startups.
Beyond my own journey, I've helped tons of founders build world-class products over the last 21 years. Along the way, I was CEO, CMO, and CTO of many startups. I've also founded a few successful ones myself, including Mailee, which was sold to a Brazilian internet provider, and Catarse, the biggest crowdfunding platform in Latin America.
Today I dedicate my life to enabling non-technical founders through Seasoned, a product development shop that designs and codes startup products for unstoppable founders.
