In my current position, I have designed and executed the company wide strategy to transform a sales-led organization into a product led growth company. My background is in SaaS products. My teams are responsible for the success of our freemium and self serve product strategy. I can be your sounding board for clarifying your unique position in the market, having strong analytical steerage, and generally where to start. I was employee #3 at a cloud computing tech education company that transitioned from a B2C to B2B sales model and ultimately sold to Pluralsight for $2B in 5 years. We built one of the most well loved brands in the tech space all based on community and authenticity. Product Led Growth starts with having a strong brand, so my background in codifying and scaling your unique brand is one of my greatest passions.
Director of Product Marketing
I've stood up and lead product marketing teams which is how I learned to organize a well-run go to market function. Many first time CEOs understand their product deeply, but have difficult transitioning that into functions like marketing, customer success, and sales. My customer centric approach is the glue between the product and go-to-market teams.
Chief of Staff
I worked as Chief of Staff to 3 CTOs which helps me empathize with the immense pressure executive leaders are under. This work has been my foundation in helping first time CEOs that are transitioning out of a Lead Developer or Product role into business strategy. It can be overwhelming to scale your vision once you pass the 100 employee mark. Thankfully there are real tools and frameworks any one can apply to help your company grow while never losing sight of your original vision.
