About
Jenna Barnes (Kerner) is the co-founder and co-CEO of Harper Wilde, a direct-to-consumer intimates brand reshaping the $16B bra category by removing friction, confusion, and hypersexualization from bra shopping. Recognized on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Retail & Ecommerce and Inc.’s Top 100 Female Founders, she has led Harper Wilde from a simple insight about how broken bra shopping felt for most women into a widely covered, values-driven brand focused on comfort, fair pricing, and women’s empowerment. Her path blends structured problem-solving with product craftsmanship. She began her career in Strategy & Operations at Deloitte before moving into product management at Lumo Bodytech and Doximity, building user-centric products in health and wearables. After earning her MBA from Wharton with a focus on Health Care Management and Integrated Product Design, she incubated Harper Wilde through deep customer research and real purchasing tests. Today, she oversees strategy, product, and brand, using a rigorous, test-and-learn approach to category expansion, lifecycle marketing, and fundraising—often turning investor skepticism about bras into one of the company’s strongest acquisition channels. How Jenna Can Help: 1. Pressure-test and refine DTC brand concepts, positioning, and value props before you spend heavily on product or paid media. 2. Design and prioritize a customer research and testing roadmap (surveys, interviews, A/B tests) that actually informs product and marketing decisions. 3. Build a go-to-market plan for consumer products, including pricing, merchandising, and lifecycle / email strategies for profitable growth. 4. Navigate early-stage fundraising as a consumer/female founder—framing the story, handling investor skepticism, and turning “non-obvious” products into clear opportunities. 5. Scale operations and team structure for a growing e-commerce brand while staying anchored to mission, values, and unit economics.
